What is a TV-Tavla?

A handcrafted wooden frame made of Swedish pine is combined with a beautiful motif printed on a polyester canvas. You simply hang the frame over your TV, and roll up the canvas when you want to use the TV again.

How do I assemble my TV-Tavla?

In the package you receive, you’ll find four separate parts that you can easily assemble with the included materials. After that, you simply hang TV-Tavlan directly onto your TV – no screws required. It works whether your TV is placed on a stand or mounted on a wall bracket.

Will the TV-Tavla fit my TV?

TV-Tavlan fits most TV sets. We have based our measurements on the most common TV sizes, but please check “TV size” to make sure it fits your specific TV. If your TV falls outside the recommended dimensions, you are welcome to send us a custom request – we will find a solution!

Can I swap motifs?

Yes! Even though TV-Tavlan is easy to replace, there’s no need to buy a whole new one just because you want a different motif. Thanks to our design, you can simply swap the canvas for a new motif that we sell separately – giving you the freedom to refresh the look of your living room whenever you like.

Can I make a special order?

Looking for a specific frame color? Have a personal motif in mind? Or a unique size for your TV? Get in touch below!

Do you use AI?

No! All motifs are either created or photographed by artists and photographers. Even the images you see on the website are either photographed or created by hand.

Complaints

If your TV-Tavlan should arrive damaged or if something is wrong, please contact us as soon as possible at info@stylemytv.com. We kindly ask you to include photos of the product and its packaging to help us resolve the issue. We fully comply with Swedish consumer law and will cover the return shipping cost for any approved complaint.

Delivery

I handcraft each TV-Tavlan to order. The delivery time is normally around 2 weeks, depending on the chosen size and motif. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped with trackable delivery, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Right of withdrawal

As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your TV-Tavla, in accordance with the Swedish Distance Selling Act. The product must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. Custom orders (e.g. personal motifs or special sizes) are not covered by the right of withdrawal. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@stylemytv.com and we’ll assist you further.

Does TV-Tavlan work on TVs mounted on a wall bracket or placed on a stand?

Both! We recommend wall-mounting the TV for aesthetic reasons, but it works just as well if it’s placed on a stand. Whether your TV hangs close to the wall or a bit further out, TV-Tavlan will fit! If your TV is on a stand, just make sure the stand isn’t in the way of TV-Tavlan. For more details, see the “Size info” section.

Is it possible to only buy a frame?

Yes! The product TV-Ramen is exactly that, a wooden frame that fits your own TV! It is designed in a way to look as good as possible without a canvas and therefore it is not possible to add a canvas later on.
